Biography
Natalia V. Filatova was born on September 24 , 1975 in Denisovka village of Kostanay region
From 1992 to 1995 she worked in MP "Sunny", as a maid
From 1995 to 1996, she worked as a specialist in youth affairs, tourism and sports in the Ordzhonikidze administration
From 1996 to 1997 she worked as a coach at the Youth Sports School
From 1997 to 1998 she worked as a secretary in the CRH
In 1998 she was accepted as a coach teacher at UMC
In September 1998 , she transferred as a physical education teacher to the Prirechensk secondary school
In 2005, she was transferred as a methodologist to the Department of Education and Sports of the Denisovsky district
In 2011, she was appointed head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Denisovsky District
Responsibilities of the manager:
- Development and coordination of the implementation of programs and projects in the field of physical culture and sports in the district.
- Organization and control of sports events and competitions in the district, including city and regional ones.
- Support and development of sports organizations in the district, including holding events to attract the population to sports and the development of sports infrastructure.
- Organizing and conducting training and trainings for sports organizations and sports enthusiasts, including children and youth.
- Cooperation with state and municipal authorities, enterprises and organizations in the field of physical culture and sports, including on financing and support of sports events and organizations.
- Analysis and monitoring of the situation in the field of physical culture and sports in the district and development of measures to improve it.
- Assistance in the preparation of athletes and teams to participate in regional and national competitions.
- Organizing and conducting public hearings and consultations on the development of physical culture and sports in the district.
- Work on creating a positive image of the district through sports events and achievements of athletes from the district.
- Participation in the development and implementation of the district development strategy, including the development of physical culture and sports.
