Biography
Izbasarov Marat Bazarbaevich was born in p . Alchanovka Denisovsky district of Kostanay region on January 4 , 1964 .
September 1971- 1974. studies at the Alchanov primary school
September 1974-1981. studies at Antonovskaya secondary school
October 1981 to March 1982. studies at the driver's courses at Ordzhonikidze ATEP
March 1982 to May 1984 service in the Armed Forces of the USSR
September 1982 -1988. studies at the Kostanay Pedagogical Institute at the Faculty of History
March 1988 history teacher of Alchanov junior high school
September 1988 to September 1989. history teacher of the Tastykul incomplete school
September 1989 to November 1989 history teacher of Denisov secondary school No. 1
November 1989 to October 1993 history teacher and deputy director of the Alchanov junior high school
November 1993 to May 2009 service in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan
On July 9 , 2020 , he was appointed akim of the Crimean Rural District
Duties of the village akim:
1.Management of the work of local self-government bodies of the village and coordination of their activities.
2.Implementation of programs of socio-economic development of the village and control over their implementation.
3.Organization and coordination of work on the improvement of the village territory.
4.Ensuring the implementation of the decisions of the local assembly and the measures taken.
5.Distribution of local budget funds and control over their use.
6.Organization of measures to ensure the safety of life and health of the village population.
7.Monitoring compliance with legislation and measures to prevent offenses on the territory of the village.
8.Organization of work on social protection of the village population.
9.Participation in the work of commissions and councils at the local level.
10.Representation of the interests of the village before state bodies and organizations at the local and regional levels.
