Biography
Khabiev Nurbek Ermekovich Khabiev was born on June 17, 1986 and is a native of Burabai district of Akmola region.
Member of the Council of Metrologists of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Graduate of the international program “Bolashak”.
He is qualified as a verifier of measuring instruments
In 2008 he graduated with a bachelor's degree from KSU named after Sh. Ualikhanov on specialty “standardization, metrology and certification”, in 2011 he graduated from the Law Academy “Themis” on specialty “Jurisprudence”, in 2017 he graduated with a master's degree from the Humanitarian-Technical Academy on specialty “Economics”, in 2020 under the international program “Bolashak” he graduated with honors from the master's degree of K.A. Timiryazev Russian State Academy of Agriculture (Moscow, Russia) on specialty “Standardization and Metrology”.
In 2021, on the basis of the Kazakhstan Training and Consulting Center in Almaty, he was trained on courses on internal audit of management systems in accordance with GOST ISO/IEC 17025 - 2019 “General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories”
