Alibaev Aibek

Born in 1975 in Pavlodar region.

In 1994, he graduated from the Pavlodar Cooperative Technical School with a degree in commodity science and commerce.
In 1999, he graduated from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz with a degree in Standardization and certification.
In 2017, he graduated from the Innovative Eurasian University with a degree in Law
