Born on December 29, 1962 in Maktaral district of South Kazakhstan region.
In 1986 he graduated from Kazakh Agricultural Institute with a specialty “Scientist-Agronomist”.
In 2004 graduated from “Miras” University on specialty “Economist-accountant”.
In 2005 graduated from South Kazakhstan Open University with a specialty “Lawyer”.
