Biography
Zhakabai Ruslan Ryskeldiuly was born on November 18, 1983. In 2004 he graduated from Almaty State University named after Abai with a degree in tourism.
He started his labor activity in 2008 as a freight forwarder at Ayym-Pharma LLP. Over the years, he worked as a sales manager at Ayym Pharma LLP, commercial director of Ayym Pharma LLP. From 2017 to 2019, he worked as the chief specialist of the akim's office of the Masak rural district. From 2019 to 2023, he worked as deputy akim of Masaki rural district. On February 13 , 2023 , he was elected akim of Masaki rural district
