Biography
Ernar Malikovich Arystanbekov was born on January 16, 1982 in the village of Kakpak, Raiymbek district, Almaty region. In 1999, after graduating from high school, in 2001 he entered the Kazakh National Agrarian University, majoring in agrotechnical service. In 2006, after graduating from it, he received a diploma in mechanical engineering.
He started his career in 2007 in a subsidiary of the State Municipal enterprise "Stations of Water Sources" - as an engineer of the Almaty underground water intake No.2.
From 21.11.2008 to 08.03.2011, he worked in the State Enterprise "Bastau" in Almaty as an engineer of the 1st category of the "North" section.
From 09.03.2011 to 31.10.2013, he worked in the DKP "Bastau" - head of the "Shygys" section of Almaty.
From 01.11.2013 to 31.03.2015, he worked in the GKP at the "Bastau" UE and KH of Almaty-as the head of the "Medeu su tazartu beketi"section.
From 01.04.2015 to 28.02.2017, he worked in the GKP at the "Bastau" UE and KH of Almaty as the head of the "Soltustik"section.
From 01.03.2017 to 30.09.2018, he worked in the GKP at the "Bastau" UE and KH of Almaty as the head of the "Talgar zher asty su koynauy"section.
From 01.10.2018 to 31.01.2019, he worked as the head of the production and technical department of the State Enterprise "Almaty SU" UE and KH of Almaty.
From 01.02.2019 to 01.08.2019, he worked as the head of the Maintenance Department of the Department of Water Sources at the Almaty SU UE and KH of Almaty.From 02.02.2020 to 10.08.2020, he worked in the GKP at the PHV "Almaty SU" UE and KH of Almaty - a leading engineer of the Department of Water Sources. From 11.08.2020 to 14.09.2020, he worked as a chief engineer in the State Enterprise on the Esik su PHV of the State Department of Housing and Communal Services of the Enbekshikazakh district. From 14.09.2020 to the present time I work in the State Enterprise on the PCV "Esik su" of the State Department of Housing and Communal Services and Housing of the Enbekshikazakh district as a director.
