Ashimbay Askar Talipuly

Ashimbay Askar Talipuly was born on January 26, 1982 in the city of Almaty. In 2001 he graduated from the College named after D.A. Kunaev with a degree in law. In 2005 he graduated from the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in law.
