    Biography

    Ilebayev Aibek Kasymkhanovich was born on December 19, 1992 in the village of Masak, Enbekshikazakh disACtrict. Kazakh by nationality, higher education. In 2020, he graduated from the regional Social Innovation University with a degree in law.

    • He started his career in 2013 as a specialist of the Center for Youth Policy of the Enbekshikazakh district.
    • Since July 2013, he has been appointed head of this center.
    • Deputy of the Maslikhat of the VI convocation from 2015 to 2020. Member of the Nur Otan party.
