Biography
He was born on January 20, 1988 in the village of Otegen batyr, Ili district, Almaty region. In 2009 he graduated from the Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics with a degree in Computer Science. In 2011 - 2013, he studied at the T.Ryskulov Kazakh University of Economics, majoring in Accounting and Auditing.
He started his career in January 2010 to February 2011 as a leading specialist of the DGP "Computing Center for Statistics of the city of Almaty".
From March 2011 to September 2013, the system administrator of Saulet & K LLP.
From February to June 2014, acting leading specialist of the State Institution "Apparat of Akim of Koktobe rural district" of Enbekshikazakh district of Almaty region.
From July to August 2014, acting leading specialist of the organizational department of the State Institution "Apparat of Akim of Enbekshikazakh district".
From August 2014 to July 2016, a leading specialist of the organizational department of the State Institution "Apparat of Akim of Enbekshikazakh district".

On October 10, 2022, he was elected akim of Zhanashar rural district.
