Biography
Sagynbekov Ulan Malikovich, was born on October 08, 1984 in the village of Karazhota, Enbekshikazakh district, Almaty region. In 2002 he entered the Kazakh University of Communications and graduated in 2008 with a degree in traffic management engineering. Married with two children.
- He began his career in 2008 as a leading specialist in the apparatus of the akim of the Masak rural district in the village of Masak, Enbekshikazakh district, Almaty region.
- From 2009-2011, he was a leading specialist in the veterinary and agricultural department of the akim of the Enbekshikazakh district, Esik, Enbekshikazakh district, Almaty region.
- From 2011-2013, he was the chief specialist of the apparatus of the akim of the Masak rural district, the village of Masak, Enbekshikazakh district, Almaty region.
- From 2013 - 2016 - Deputy Akim of the Masak rural district, the village of Masak, Enbekshikazakh district, Almaty region.
