Biography
Saparbayev Kairat Abdrakhmanovich was born on 07/08/1965 in the village of Zhanakorgan, Zhanakorgan district, Kyzylorda region.
In 1982-1988 he graduated from the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute with a degree in engineer-technologist, in 2002-2004 - the Caspian Public University with a degree in Economist-financier.
He began his career in 1988-1989 as a process engineer at the Sredazkabel plant in Tashkent.
1989-1990 worked as a senior agronomist in the cooperative "Plant" Zhanakorgan RP.
1990-1993 worked as a senior dispatcher in the cooperative "Crop production" of the Zhanakorgan RP
1993-1998 Chief Specialist of the Human Resources Department of the Zhanakorgan RP.
1998-1999 Leading specialist in economic reforms of the Akimat of Zhanakorgan region.
1999-2000 chief specialist for strategic plans and monitoring of agricultural production of the Zhanakorgan District Department of Agriculture.
