Abdullaev Abibulla Asanbaevich

Abdullaev Abibulla Asanbayevich was born in 1979 in the village of Talap, Zhanakorgan district, Kyzylorda region. In 2001 he graduated from the Kazakh State Agrarian University with a degree in agricultural agronomy.
