Biography
Nurtazaev Marlen Bakytovich was born in 1980 in Zhanakorgan district of Kyzylorda region.
In 2001 he graduated from Kyzylorda State University Korkyt ata majoring in economics.
He started his career in 2001 as a leading specialist of the Environmental Protection Fund.
2002-2003 - in the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2004-2006 - Leading Specialist of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Kyzylorda region;
2006-2008 - Chief Specialist of the Tax Department of the Kyzylorda region;
2012-2013 - Chief Specialist of the Department of Entrepreneurship, Industry and Tourism of the Kyzylorda region;
2013-2014 - Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship, Industry and Tourism of Syrdarya district;
2015-2019 - Director of the branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kyzylorda region in Zhanakorgan district;
2019-2023 - Director of the Shieli branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Kyzylorda region;
From February 28, 2023 to the present, he holds the position of head of the district Department of Entrepreneurship, Industry and Tourism.
