Biography
Akhmetov Orman Aitmaganbetovich was born in 1963 in the village of Zhanakorgan, Kyzylorda region.
In 1985 he graduated from the Tselinograd Civil Engineering Institute with a degree in civil engineering.
He began his career in 1985 as a mechanic in the UMR Kyzylorddastroy trust in Kyzylorda.
