Biography
Born on June 26, 1976 in the village of Asu-Bulak, Ulansky district, East Kazakhstan region. Nationality - Kazakh. In 1995 she graduated with honors from the Semipalatinsk Financial and Economic College named after R. Baiseitova, majoring in Finance, specializing in Financial Control and Auditing. In 2016, she graduated from the Kazakhstan Engineering and Pedagogical University of Friendship of Peoples with a degree in Finance, qualification of Financier.
She began her career from 12.06.1995 to 08.22.1996 as the chief specialist of the financial department of the Samara region of East Kazakhstan region. From 10/15/1996 to 01/01/1997 - an accountant in the State Institution “Secondary School devoted to 40 years of the KSSR. " From April 1, 1997 to September 30, 1998, She was the Senior Controller and Auditor of the Financial Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan for East Kazakhstan Region.
