Biography
Uatzhan Umirtaevich Sekenov, born on February 26, 1990, graduated from D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University in 2008 with a degree in engineering technology, in 2020 – Kazakh Humanitarian and Legal Innovation University, with a degree in jurisprudence .
He started his career in January 2014 as a chief specialist in the State Institution "Department of Architecture, Construction of Urdzhar district"
From July 2019 to June 2020, acting Head of the Department of architecture, construction of the Urdzhar district
Since June 2020, he has worked as a chief specialist of the Department of Investment Policy and Material Production Branches of the Department of Economy and Budget Planning of the East Kazakhstan region.
Since November 2022, Head of the Department of Investment Policy and Material Production Branches of the Department of Economy and Budget Planning of the East Kazakhstan region.
