Biography
Bulanbayev Yerlan Maratovich, was born in 1980.
He graduated from Kainar University with a degree in law.
He started his career in 2004 as an acting assistant prosecutor of the Kurchum district, then over the years he worked as an assistant district prosecutor, prosecutor, senior prosecutor of the prosecutor's offices of East Kazakhstan region, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Astana, head of the prosecutor's offices of East Kazakhstan region, senior assistant prosecutor of the region, prosecutor of the Ulan district. His last position was the prosecutor of Ust-Kamenogorsk, East Kazakhstan region.
