Shukebayev Dinmukhamed Kendebayevich was born in 1974. In 1996, he graduated from the Almaty automobile and Road Institute and in 1999 from Kazguu University named after M. S. Narikbayev (Astana)

He started his career in the prosecutor's office in 2001 at the prosecutor's Office of Almaty. In 2004-2013, he headed the specialized departments of the prosecutor's offices of Turksib, Almaly and Bostandyk districts of Almaty. Since 2013, he has held senior positions in the territorial bodies of the prosecutor's office: - 2013-2017. — Deputy prosecutor of Zhetysu District of Almaty; - 2017-2021. - Prosecutor of Bostandyk District of Almaty; - In January — May 2021-prosecutor of the Alatau District of Almaty.
