Biography
Graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh State National University with a degree in International Law.
Began his service in the prosecution authorities in 1997. Over the years, he worked in district prosecutor’s offices of Almaty city. Held various positions, including: Prosecutor of the Turksib District of Almaty; Deputy Prosecutor of Almaty; First Deputy Prosecutor of Almaty; First Deputy Prosecutor of Astana; Prosecutor of Kostanay Region; Rector of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Prior to his current appointment, he served as the Chief Transport Prosecutor.
