Biography
Saltanat Serikovna was born in 1986 in the Karaganda region, has a higher education. In 2008, she graduated from S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University with a degree in Philology: Russian Philology.
She started her career in 2006 as a methodologist - organizer of the Association of Children's and Youth Organizations of the city of Pavlodar.
In 2008, she worked as a cultural organizer of the NGO "Union of Children's and Pioneer Organizations of Pavlodar region".
From 2009 to 2016 – Chief Specialist of the Department of Internal Policy of the city of Pavlodar, Head of the Youth Policy Sector.
From August 25, 2016 to January 5, 2023, she held the position of head of the press service of the office of the akim of Pavlodar.
Since January 6, 2023, she has been appointed head of the press service of the akim of the region, press secretary of the akim of the region.
