Biography
Natalia Viktorovna was born in 1976 in the city of Pavlodar. In 1995 she graduated from Akmola Financial and Economic College, and in 2000 Semipalatinsk State University named after Shakarima majored in finance and credit.
She began her career in 1995 as a supervisor-auditor of the department of the State Financial Control Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Pavlodar.
From 1997 to 1998 - Senior Controller-Auditor of the Department of the Committee of Financial and Currency Control at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Pavlodar.
From 1998 to 2000 - Senior Treasurer of the Pavlodar Regional Treasury Department.
From 2000 to 2006 - worked as a leading controller-auditor, chief controller-auditor of the Financial Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Pavlodar region.
From 2006 to 2010 - Chief Specialist – Chief Controller-Auditor of the Financial Control Inspectorate for the Pavlodar region of the KFK of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2010 to 2016 - Chief Specialist on Internal Control of the Department of Tourism, Physical Culture and Sports of Pavlodar region.
From 2016 to 2022 - Chief Inspector of the Akim of the region of the Internal Audit Service of the Akim of Pavlodar region.
In May 2022, she was appointed head of the Internal Audit Service of the office of the Akim of Pavlodar region.
