Biography
Gulnara Teginbayevna was born in 1966 in the village of Kachira, Pavlodar region. In 1990 she graduated from the Alma-Ata Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages with a degree in French and German.
She started her career in 1987 as a kindergarten teacher in Ekibastuz, then worked as a teacher of a foreign language at school No. 18, a teacher of French at school No. 10 in Ekibastuz.
From 2000 to 2002, she worked as the secretary of Kaysar LLP, the duty administrator of the State Enterprise "Kyzmet-service".
From 2002 to 2003 - duty administrator, courier, secretary-typist of the office of the akim of the city of Pavlodar.
From 2003 to 2004 - Chief specialist of the Control Department of the office of the Akim of Pavlodar region.
From 2004 to 2005 - a leading specialist of the Documentation support department of the office of the Akim of Pavlodar region.

In July 2020, she was appointed head of the Department of documentation support and control of the office of the Akim of Pavlodar region.
