Temirbekov Eldar Zhaylaubayuly

Born on July 05, 1986, in Zarya Communisma village, Taldykorgan district, Taldykorgan oblast. Education-higher. In 2007, he graduated from the Kazakh Leading Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering with a degree in technology of woodworking industries.

He started his career in September 2010 as an inspector of the State Institution "Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Kokpekty district of the East Kazakhstan oblast". From July 2012 to March 2021, he held the position of chief specialist, head of the sector of Highways and Passenger Transport of the State Institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of the Shemonaikha district". Since March 26, 2021, by the order of the Akim of the Shemonaikha district, he has been appointed to the post of head of the State Institution "Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Shemonaikha district".
