    Biography

    Born on December 19th, 1982 in Bolshaya Rechka settlement of the Shemonaikhinsky district, in the East Kazakhstan region. She is Russian by nationality and has a higher education. She graduated from the Kazakhstan American Free University with a Bachelor's degree in “Economics and Business”.

    Yulia Alexandrovna started her professional career in 2006 in the system of state institutions: senior specialist of the Statistics Department in the Shemonaikhinsky district, accountant of the Department of Entrepreneurship, chief specialist-economist of the Department of Entrepreneurship, Agriculture and Veterinary, chief specialist of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning. On April 14th, 2014, she was appointed as head of the Finance and Economics Department of the Shemonaikhinsky District Akim's Office.
