Akhmetov Rishat Faizullaevich

Born on April 11th, 1982, in Urjar settlement in the Urjarsky district of the East Kazakhstan region. He has a higher education. In 2004 he graduated from the Kazakh Financial Economic Institute of Semipalatinsk as a manager-economist. In 2010 he graduated from the University named after M. Auezov, Faculty of Local Governance.

Rishat Faizullaevich began his professional career in state institutions in 2007 as a manager in the municipal state enterprise "House of Culture" of the Urjarsky district Akim's Office. From 2008 to 2011, he was appointed as director of the municipal state-owned enterprise "House of Culture" of the Urjarsky district Akim's Office. In November 2014, he was appointed as chief specialist to the Akim's office of Shemonaikha town in the Shemonaikhinsky district of East Kazakhstan. In September 2016, he was appointed to the position of deputy head of the State Institution "Department for Culture, Development of Languages, Physical Training and Sports of the Shemonaikhinsky District." From February 2017 to date he is acting as head of the State Institution "Department for Physical Training and Sports of the Shemonaikhinsky District."

His responsibilities include: coordination, control and analysis of work performed by the sports collectives of the Shemonaikhinsky district. Preparation and conduct of sporting events, according to the calendar plan of the Department for Physical Training and Sports of the Shemonaikhinsky district. Preparation and conduct of the Department’s "Day of Control" on the implementation of decisions and orders of higher authorities and the deputy district Akim overseeing the work of the Department. Timely execution of regulations, decisions, orders of the district and Regional Akim. Timely consideration of referrals on matters within his competency area. Responsible for working in the automated system "E-kyzmet." Ensures implementation of the unified government policy in the field of physical culture and sports.
