Makhmutov Ruslan Maratovich

Ruslan Maratovich Makhmutov was born in Semipalatinsk on September 25th, 1987. He is Kazakh by nationality. In 2005 he graduated from Secondary School No. 4 in the town of Shemonaikha in the East Kazakhstan region and entered the Semipalatinsk State University named after Shakarim, graduating in 2010 with a degree in “Veterinary Hygiene”.

He started his career in 2010 as a worker of the APC "TriumAgro". In February 2011, he was hired as a worker at "Shygys Nur" LLP. In June 2011, he worked in the city of Pavlodar, the department of milk procurement, as a manager for the private sector in the East Kazakhstan oblast. In 2012, he entered the civil service, where he worked in various positions of the State Institution "The Office of the Akim of the Volchansky rural district of the Shemonaikhisky district of the East Kazakhstan oblast", "The Office of the akim of the Ust-Talovka village of the Shemonaikhisky district of the East Kazakhstan oblast". From July 2015 to October 2016, he held the position of Deputy akim of the Ust-Talovka settlement of the Shemonaikhisky district of the East Kazakhstan oblast. From October 2016 to March 2021, he held the position of akim of the Ust-Talovka settlement of the Shemonaikhisky district of the East Kazakhstan oblast. Since March 26, 2021, by the order of the akim of the Shemonaikhisky district, he has been appointed head of the department of the State Institution "Department of Agriculture of the Shemonaikhisky district".
