Biography
Umbetayeva Perizat Sarsenbekkyzy was born on March 11, 1990, in the city of Talgar, Almaty Region.
She graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (2011) with a degree in Journalism, Dongguk University (2013), Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (2014) with a master's degree in Public Relations, and Turan University (2017) with a degree in Jurisprudence.
