Siitova Aliya Alimovna was born on June 24, 1983, in Troitsk, Chelyabinsk Region, Russian Federation. In 2005, she graduated from Chelyabinsk State University with a degree in Finance and Credit. She began her career in public service in 2006 in the Karabalyk District of the Kostanay Region. She worked as Acting Leading Specialist and later as Leading Specialist of the State Institution "Internal Policy Department of the Karabalyk District." Starting in 2008, she continued her professional career in the state revenue authorities. She served as Leading Specialist of the Accounting, Collection, and Organizational Work Division of the State Institution "Tax Committee for Karabalyk District," Chief Specialist of the Accounting, Collection, and Organizational Work Division, and Chief Specialist of the Organizational, Legal Work, and Collection Division of the State Institution "Tax Office for Karabalyk District." In 2009, she served as Head of the State Institution "Entrepreneurship Department of the Karabalyk District." In 2015, she resumed her work in the state revenue authorities of the Karabalyk District as Chief Specialist of the Organizational, Legal Work, and Collection Division. In 2019, she was appointed Head of the Taxpayer Service Division of the Republican State Institution "State Revenue Office for the Karabalyk District." In 2023, she headed the State Institution "Department of Economy and Budget Planning of the Akimat of Karabalyk District." On May, 2025, she was appointed Deputy Akim of the Karabalyk District, Kostanay Region.
