Biography
Umirkalykova Gauhar Bolatovna was born on May 18, 1989, in Almaty region.
She graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 2011 with a degree in "State and Local Governance," and from Q-UNIVERSITY in 2024 with a degree in "Finance."
She began her career in 2011 as a Chief Specialist at the Department of Economy and Budget Planning of Almaty.
In 2013–2014, she worked as an Accountant and Senior Accountant at Almatyelectrotrans LLP.
In 2014–2015, she worked as an Accountant at Trans Mass Media LLP and TransMedia KZ Advertising LLP.
In 2015–2017, she served as a Chief Specialist at the Akimat of Ili District, Almaty region.
In 2017–2019, she worked as a Chief Specialist and Head of Department at the Department of Economy and Budget Planning of Almaty.
In 2019–2022, she served as Head of Department at the Department of Energy Efficiency and Infrastructure Development of Almaty.
In 2022–2024, she was Deputy Head of the Department of Finance of Almaty.
In 2024–2026, she worked as Chief Inspector – State Auditor of the Audit Commission for Almaty.
Since July 2026, she has been the Head of the Internal Audit Service – State Auditor of the Office of the Akim of Almaty.
