Biography
Born on 1 May 1989 in Kaskelen, Almaty Region.
Education
2010 — graduated from the Kazakh-British Technical University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business.
2015 — graduated from KAZGUU University with a bachelor’s degree in Law.
He began his career in public service in 2011 as a specialist at the Department of Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2012–2013 — Expert on Methodology at the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation of Natural Monopolies.
2013–2016 — Attaché and Third Secretary at the Department of Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2016–2018 — Third Secretary at the Consulate General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
