Biography
Born on February 1, 1983 in the village of Sary-Ozek, Zhetysu region.
In 2003, he graduated from the Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages named after Abylai Khan. He is an international document (consular service) specialist.
In 2016, he graduated from the “Higher School of Economics” National Research University (Moscow city). Master of Political Science.
He began his professional career in 2006 as a specialist in the Department of Consular Services of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2007 – Attaché at the State Protocol Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2007–2012 – Attaché, Third Secretary, Second Secretary at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
2012–2013 – Second Secretary at the Department of Pan‑Asian Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2013–2017 – Second Secretary – Vice‑Consul at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation.
2017–2019 – First Secretary at the Department of Eurasian Integration, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2019–2021 – Expert, Consultant at the Division of Information and Analytical Support, Office of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy.
2021–2024 – Councellor/Deputy Head of Mission of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Lithuania.
2024-2025 – Deputy Director of the Communications Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From July 2025 to present – Deputy Chairman of the Committee for International Information.
