Born on 15 December 1984 in Karaganda
Graduated from L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (Astana, 2026)
Began his career in 2006 as a specialist in the Consular Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2009 - Expert in the Department of State Asset Management Methodology, Internal Financial Control and Budget Lending at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
2009 to 2011 - Third Secretary of the Administration and Control Department of the MFA of the Republic of Kazakhstan
2011 to 2017 - Second and First Secretary at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Kingdom of Thailand
2017 - First Secretary of the Secretariat of EXPO-2017 at the Kazakh MFA, then First Secretary of the Department of Asia and Africa at the Kazakh MFA.
2018 to 2020 - Head of the Support Services Secretariat and Director of the Department of International Cooperation and Climate Investment at the International Centre for Green Technologies and Investment Projects
2020 to 2023 - Advisor and Head of the Press Service of the Kazakh MFA
