Biography
Morozov Vladimir Vladimirovich, was born on January 05, 1971 in the city of Lenger, Chimkent region. In 1995 he graduated from the Chimkent Pedagogical Institute of Physical Culture with a degree in physical education teacher and sports coach, in 2008 he graduated from the Central Asian University with a degree in law.
He began his career in 1992 as a teacher of physical education at secondary School No. 1 in the city of Langer. From 1995 to 1996, he worked as a physical education teacher at the Putintsevskaya secondary School. From 1996 to 1997 he held the position of Deputy Director Sredigornove high school. From 1997 to 2016, the commander of a battalion police of the Department of Specialized security service of the Ministry of internal Affairs, police Lieutenant Colonel. Since 2017, he has been appointed to the post of akim of the village of Zubovsk.
