Zhapparov Sarsenbay Baymendinovich

Zhapparov Sarsenbay Baymendinovich was born in 1963 in the village of Agadyr, Shet district, Karaganda region. In 1991, he graduated from Karaganda state University speciality «Law. Lawyer».

His career started in 1981 as a locksmith for equipment of the first category of the locomotive depot of the Agadyr station of the Alma-ATA railway. From 1982 to 1984, he served in the Soviet Army.

From 1984 to 1986, he worked as an outfitter at the locomotive depot of the Agadyr station of the Virgin railway. Then, from 1986 to 1991, he studied at the Karaganda state University.

From 1991 to 1992, he completed an internship at the Prosecutor's office of the town of Dzhezkazgan, Dzhezkazgan region. After that, he worked as a senior investigator of the Prosecutor's office of the town of Dzhezkazgan, Dzhezkazgan region.

In 1993, he served as an investigator for particularly important cases of the Prosecutor's office of the Zhezkazgan region, after which he worked as a senior investigator of the Prosecutor's office of the Zhezkazgan region and the town of Zhezkazgan.

From 1994 to 1995, he worked as an investigator for particularly important cases of the Prosecutor's office of the Zhezkazgan region.

From 1995 to 1998, he served in law enforcement bodies of internal Affairs of the Karaganda region Department of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhsta

From 1997 to 1998, he was a Prosecutor of the Department for supervision of the legality of operational search activities of the General Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 1998 to 2001, he served in the military Department of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2001 to 2003, he held the position of Prosecutor of the Department for supervision of the legality of preliminary investigation and inquiry of the Prosecutor's office of the Karaganda region.

In 2003 he became senior Prosecutor of Department for supervision over the legality of preliminary investigation and inquiry of the Prosecutor's office of Astana city, after which he was the Prosecutor of Department for supervision over the legality of preliminary investigation and inquiry in bodies of the Ministry of internal Affairs, Committee of criminal-Executive system and the Agency for emergency situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan Department for supervision over the legality of preliminary investigation and inquiry of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2004 he was the Prosecutor of Department for supervision over legality of investigation and inquiry in bodies of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Committee of criminal-Executive system of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Agency for emergency situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and transportation of the Department for supervision over legality of investigation and inquiry of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana.

From 2004 to 2006, he worked as a senior Prosecutor of Department for supervision over legality of investigation and inquiry in bodies of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Committee of criminal-Executive system of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Agency for emergency situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan Department for supervision over legality of investigation and inquiry of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana.

In 2006, he was appointed Prosecutor of the lebyazhinsky district of Pavlodar region.

From 2010 to 2018, he served as the Prosecutor of Shakhtinsk, Karaganda region.
