Biography
Kydyrganbekov Marat Esetovich was born on January 14, 1987 in the village of Izendy, Nurinsky district, Karaganda region. Graduated from Karaganda State Agricultural University named after E.A. Buketov with a degree in "state and local goverment".
He started his career in 2008 as the chief specialist of the State Institution " Department of entrepreneurship of Saran city".
2009-2010 – Chief Specialist of the State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture of Saran city";
2010-2011 – Chief Specialist of the State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship of of Saran city";
2011-2013 – Chief Specialist of the Department of Economic Sectors of the "Department of Entrepreneurship and Industry of the Karaganda region";
2013-2015 - Chief Specialist of the Department of Planning, Department of Economic Sectors and Kazakhstan content of the "Management of Industry and Industrial and Innovative Department of the Karaganda region";
2015-2018 – Deputy Head of the Department of the Karaganda city;
2018-2020 - Chief Inspector of the Organizational and Inspection Department of the Akim's Office of the Karaganda region;
2020-2021 - Deputy Director for Economic Affairs of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Karaganda region;
From June 2, 2021 until his current appointment, he was the head of the Department of Industry and Industrial and Innovative Department of the Karaganda region.
