Biography
Born on 5 February 1988 in Makanči village, Urjar District, East Kazakhstan Region. In 2009, graduated from Ridder Agrarian and Technical College with a degree in Records Management and Archival Studies. In 2013, graduated from East Kazakhstan Regional University with a degree in Public and Local Administration. In 2024, graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a Master of Business and Management degree.
2009–2011 – Assistant to the Chief Specialist for Mobilization Training, Civil Defense and Emergency Situations, Office of the Akim of Ridder.
2011 – Instructor, Internal Policy Department of Ridder.
2011–2012 – Leading Specialist, Internal Policy Department of Ridder.
2012–2014 – Chief Specialist, Analysis and Monitoring Department, Department of Internal Policy of the East Kazakhstan Region.
2014–2020 – Head of the Internal Policy Department of Ulan District, East Kazakhstan Region.
