Biography
Born on June 5, 1992 in Ust-Kamenogorsk. He has 2 higher education diplomas with Bachelor 's degrees in Law and technical physics, as well as a postgraduate diploma in physics.
He started his career in the civil service in November 2015 as the chief specialist of the Archives and Documentation Department of the Department for the Development of Languages, Archives and Documentation of the city of Almaty.
From August 2016 to November 2019, he worked in Ust-Kamenogorsk in the Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation of the East Kazakhstan region in various positions, starting with a leading specialist in the archives and documentation department and up to the head of the administrative and legal department.
Since November 2019, he has worked as the chief inspector of the organizational and inspection department of the office of the Akim of the East Kazakhstan region.
From September 2022 to January 2025, he was the chief of Staff of the akim of the Samar district.
From January 2025 to the present, he has been the chief of Staff of the Akim of Ust-Kamenogorsk.
