Biography
He was born on September 6, 1989 in the village of Novo-Berezovka, Katon-Karagai district, East Kazakhstan region.
Graduated from Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University in 2011 with a degree in Finance.
In 2010 — 2013 - he was hired as Deputy Director of «Stroysvyazservice» LLP, Ust-Kamenogorsk.
In 2013 - he was appointed Chief Specialist of the Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of the Zyryanovsky district, Zyryanovsky district.
In 2013-2014 - he was appointed Acting Chief Specialist of the State Institution «Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Glubokovsky district», Glubokovsky district.
In 2014-2015 - he was appointed head of the Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Glubokovsky District, Glubokovsky district.
In 2015-2016 - worked as Deputy Director of Ferata LLP, Ust-Kamenogorsk.
In 2016 - he worked as the head of the production and technical Department, East Kazakhstan Region.
In 2016-2017 - he was transferred as a specialist to the Urdzhar production site, Urdzhar district.
In 2017 - he was transferred as an engineer to the production and technical Department, Urdzhar district.
In 2017-2018 - he was transferred by a master to the Zaisan production site, Zaisan district.
In 2018 - he was transferred as an engineer to the production and technical department, Zaisansky district.
In 2018-2019 - he was hired as an engineer of the Department of Planning and Organization of Procurement, Ust-Kamenogorsk.
In 2019-2021 - he was appointed Deputy Head of the Department of Education of the City of Ust-Kamenogorsk, Ust-Kamenogorsk.
In 2021-2022 - he was appointed Deputy Head of the Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, Ust-Kamenogorsk.
In 2024-2025 – Head of the department of the State Institution «Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk».
