Biography
In 2011, he graduated from L.N. Gumilev Eurasian National University with a degree in Tourism.
In 2015, he graduated from the Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics with a degree in Economics.
In 2018, he graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Master of Regional Development.
He is a member of the President's Youth personnel reserve.
He has been in public service since 2012.
