Biography
Born in 1986 in the Karaganda region. Graduated from the Karaganda State Technical University.
He began his career in 2008 as a systems administrator at Astykzhan-Karaganda LLP in Astana.
From 2009 to 2016, he worked at National Information Technologies JSC in various positions, from chief specialist to lead engineer and project manager.
2017-2019 – Head of the Information Technology Department, Deputy General Director of the State Enterprise on the Right of Economic Management “Reserve” of the Committee on State Material Reserves of the Ministry of Defense and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2019-2024 – Worked within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in various positions, from Acting Deputy Director of the Department of Administrative Work and Control to Deputy Director of the Digitalization Department.
2020-2026 – Director of the Digitalization Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
