Lee Sergey Mikhailovich

Sergey Mikhailovich Lee was born in 1973. He graduated from the St. Petersburg Higher Military Command School of the Interior Ministry of the Russian Federation with a degree in law, and the Kazakh-Russian International University with a degree in accounting and Auditing. Candidate of Law Sciences.

He started his career in the banking sector. He worked as a legal adviser to the Aktobe regional branch of Kazagroprombank, and as a legal adviser to the Aktobe branch of Kazkommertsbank. He worked in the tax service: as a chief specialist, head of the Legal Support Department, head of the Legal Support Department of the Aktobe region Tax Department, headed the Aktobe City Tax Administration.

He headed the Department for the Enforcement of Judicial Acts of the Aktobe region, served as Chairman of the Board of the Republican Chamber of Private Bailiffs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Deputy Akim of Aktobe since September 2019, Director of the Legal Service Department of the Ministry of Trade and Integration.

Prior to his appointment, he worked as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC NC QazExpoCongress.
