Meketayev Yerlan Serikzhanovich

Born on December 30, 1988, in the village of Makanchi, Urzhar district, East Kazakhstan region. In 2009, graduated from the Semipalatinsk College of Geodesy and Cartography with a degree in Applied Geodesy; in 2015, graduated from the Shakarim State University of Semey with a degree in Geodesy and Cartography; in 2020, graduated from the Kazakhstan Innovative Academy with a degree in State and Local Administration.

He began his professional career in 2009 as a geodetic technician at the Abai District Land Cadastre Branch of the « Karaganda Research and Production Center for Land Resources ».

From 2010 to 2015, he worked for various organizations within the land cadastre sector.

Between 2015 and 2025, he held several positions at the State Institution « Department of Architecture and Town Planning of the City of Semey, East Kazakhstan Region » serving as a Chief Specialist in the Architecture and Town Planning Sector, a Chief Specialist in the Public Services Sector, and as the Head of the Land Management Documentation Sector.

In 2025, he served as the Head of the Road Development and Maintenance Department at the « Department of Passenger Transport and Highways of the Abai Region ».

Since January 2026, he has been serving as the Deputy Head of the State Institution « Department of Architecture, Town Planning and Land Relations of the Abai Region ».
