Mukhanov Beric Kadirbekuly
Deputy Head of the Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Land Relations of the Abai region
Biography
He was born on January 25, 1985 in the village of Kurchum, Kurchum district, East Kazakhstan region. In 2008, he graduated from the D. Serikbaev EKSTU with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and in 2010 from the S. Amanzholov EKSTU with a degree in Law.
He started his career in 2008 in a peasant farm. In 2011-2020, he worked in various positions in the public administration system, including land control, land protection and use, public procurement and digitalization.
In 2020-2022, he held senior management and legal positions in private companies.
From August 2022 to July 2025, he worked in the Committee on Land Management of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where he headed the Department of Legal Support.
From July 2025 to the present, he has been Deputy Head of the Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Land Relations of the Abai Region.
