Beisenov Anuar Talgatovich

Born on October 29, 1994, in the city of Akmola. In 2016, he graduated from the S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical University with a degree in «Land Management».

Began his professional career in 2015 as an Accounting Technician at the State Institution «Department of Land Relations and Control over the Use and Protection of Land of Astana City».

From 2017 to 2020, he held the positions of Specialist and Chief Specialist of the Organizational and Control Work Department at the State Institution «Apparatus of the Akim of Kostanay City» and Chief Specialist of the Department of Farming and Progressive Technologies at the State Institution «Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of the Kostanay Region Akimat».

From 2020 to 2022, he served as Chief Specialist and Head of the Department for State Control over the Use and Protection of Land — State Inspector at the State Institution «Department for Control over the Use and Protection of Land of the Kostanay Region Akimat».

From 2022 to 2023, he held the positions of Head of the Department for State Control over the Use and Protection of Land — State Inspector at the Republican State Institution «Department of Land Resources Management of the Kostanay Region of the Land Resources Management Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan», Chief Expert of the Management for Monitoring of Land Use and Improvement of State Control over the Use and Protection of Land, and Head of the Management for Development of Normative Legal Acts at the Republican State Institution «Land Resources Management Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan».

In 2024, he served as Deputy Head of the State Institution «Department of Architecture, Town Planning and Land Relations of the Abai Region».

Since January 2025, he has been holding the position of Head of the State Institution «Department of Architecture, Town Planning and Land Relations of the Abai Region».
