Isakov Kulmukhanbet Mirzakhmetovich

Kulmukhanbet Isakov was born in 1969 in the Zhambyl region. He graduated from the Almaty Institute of National Economy and the Kyrgyz State National University. State Auditor.

He began his career in the financial system in 1992 as a specialist in the profit taxation department of joint, commercial, joint-stock enterprises and foreign legal entities of the State Tax Inspectorate for Almaty of the State Tax Inspectorate of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since 1998 - Head of the Tax Audit Sector of Individuals of the Tax Audit Department of the Tax Committee for the Auezovsky District of the Tax Committee for Almaty.

In 2019, he was the head of the State Revenue Department for the city of Nur-Sultan of the State Revenue Committee.

In 2022 - Head of the Department of State Revenues in the Almaty Region of the State Revenues Committee.

From July to December 2025, he worked as Director of the Tax Administration Department of the State Revenue Committee.
