Biography
Ramankhan Turegeldiyev was born in 1984 in the South Kazakhstan Region. He graduated from Mukhtar Auezov South Kazakhstan State University, Shymkent Social and Pedagogical University, and the Financial Academy.

2009 – Expert at the Department of Internal Administration and Personnel Management, Financial Control Committee, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
2017 – 2020 – Head of Department at the Committee of Internal State Audit; Deputy Head of the Department of Internal State Audit for Almaty Region
2020 – 2023 – Head of the Department of Internal State Audit for West Kazakhstan Region
Since 2023 – Director of the Internal State Audit Appeals Department, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
