Biography
Born in 1971 in the Maktaaral District of the South Kazakhstan Region.
Graduated from the Semipalatinsk Technological Institute of Meat and Dairy Industry, and the Kazakh State Law Academy; qualified as a lawyer.
Work Experience
1993 – 1999 — Worked in commercial organizations.
2000 – 2010 — Senior specialist – controller-auditor, Head of Department, Head of the Department for Control over the Execution of the Republican Budget of the Financial Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2010 – 2012 — Deputy Chairman of the Financial Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2012 – 2016 — Head of the Financial Control Inspection for Almaty city of the Financial Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2016 – 2020 — Head of the Department of Internal State Audit for Almaty city of the Internal State Audit Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2020 – 2021 — Deputy Chairman of the Internal State Audit Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since December 2021 — Chairman of the Internal State Audit Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
