Biography
Zhandos Talgatuly Aitymbetov was born on June 17, 1995.
He graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 2017 and from D.A. Kunaev Eurasian Law Academy in 2018.
He began his career in 2017 as a Consultant to the Head of the Individual Entrepreneur "TAL-GHAM".
In 2020, he worked as a Chief Specialist in the Bostandyk District Department of Social Welfare of the Almaty City Social Welfare Administration.
From 2020 to 2022, he served as Chief Specialist - State Labor Inspector in the Department of Labor Relations Control of the Almaty City Social Welfare Administration.
From 2022 to 2023, he was Chief Labor Specialist in the Department of Labor Relations Control of the Almaty City Labor Inspection Administration.
From 2023 to 2024, he held the positions of Chief Specialist and Chief Inspector in the Protocol, Organizational, and Territorial Work Department of the Office of the Akim of Pavlodar Region.
From 2024 to 2025, he worked as Chief Inspector in the Organizational and Control Work Department of the Office of the Akim of Almaty City.
In 2025, he was appointed Chief Inspector in the Inspectorial Work Department of the Office of the Akim of Almaty City.
Since October 2025, he has been the Head of the Inspectorial Work Department of the Office of the Akim of Almaty City.
