Biography
Since March 18, 2025, Zhanar Sovetovna Utepbergenova has been appointed Head of the State Revenue Department for the Munaylinsky District.
Utepbergenova Zhanar Sovetovna was born on January 5, 1971, in the city of Fort-Shevchenko, Tupkaragan District, Mangystau Region. In 1992, she graduated from the Tselinograd Finance and Economics College, and in 2003, she graduated from the Central Asian University with a degree in Finance and Credit.
She began her career as an economist at the Fort-Shevchenko branch of Agroprombank from 1992 to 1995.
From 1995 to 1999, he worked as a tax inspector, senior tax inspector of the department of taxation of income of small enterprises of the tax inspection in the city of Aktau.
From 1999 to 2002, the chief tax inspector of the sector of reception of declarations of the department of work with taxpayers of the Department of work with taxpayers of the tax committee in the Mangystau region.
From 2002 to 2012, he served as the Acting Deputy Chairman of the Tax Committee for the Tupkaragan District and Chief Tax Inspector of the Taxpayers' Affairs and Revenue Accounting Department.
